I didn’t start this blog because I had all the answers. I started it because I had too many feelings, too many cycles, and not enough spaces to process them.

I’ve always carried things I couldn’t explain. Grief that wasn’t mine. Waves that arrived out of nowhere. A knowing that I had to forget myself to remember who I really was.

This space — Waves & Remembering — was born from my own unraveling’s. From heartbreaks I survived silently. From truths I downloaded in the dark. From the ache of feeling unseen, even when I was surrounded by people.

I’m a Generator with Emotional Authority in Human Design -- which means I moves in waves. Big ones. Sacred ones. Sometimes chaotic ones.

I’m also a Scorpio Sun, Scorpio Venus, Scorpio Rising….. which means I don’t just process emotions. I become new people through them.

I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to tell you what I’ve learned — softly, slowly, honestly. And if it resonates? Take it. If it doesn’t? Leave it at the altar.

This Space is for the ones who feel everything. The ones in transition. The ones in grief. The ones in glow. The ones becoming themselves, one emotional tide at a time.
